"After our house was damaged in the hail storm in March, we talked to several roofing companies about repairing the damage. While you completed the job in early July, it wasn't until recently that I had occasion to reflect on the total scope of the job that you had done. First, there was the "experience" with the insurance adjuster. You intervened in this expercise and helped establish the total loss to the roof from the storm. This certainly eased our exposure to the financial burden of the roof replacement. You also provided several alternatives to materials for our evaluation andhelped in the selection.

Your crew was quite attentive to our needs, taking care to protect shrubbery (almost perfectly.) Daily clean-up and never leaving any exposed areas at the end of the day were clearly marks of year of job experience. And, the whole project was completed on time, just as you predicted. However, we have been most impressed with your overall timeliness, particularly as we compare the job you did with the other contractors still working on roofs in our neighborhood. Some of these projects are taking twice as long to compete and many conclude the day with a "blue tarp", which indicates their inexperience and inattention to the homeowner's concerns. Further, the difference in clean-up is noteworthy. Some of our neighbors are still waiting for their roofing repairs - one even indicated they wouldn't be getting their new roof until November.
